Can someone tell me how to find out what device was using the Wi-Fi data at a particular time? We were gone today, and our Wi-Fi data has shown usage on it. How do I find out what device was connecte...
@candice36renee, the TMO HI app, under the "Devices" tab will show you which devices are currently connected to your 5G gateway. However, it will not show you past connections or their data usuage. If you use a router with your 5G gateway, the router manufacturer might have an app to monitor the router that might have more information on connected devices.
