How do i unlock my samsung galaxy note10 plus here in the Philippines?

My sister came from Pittsburgh California and gave me her old phone which is still in Sprint SIM and she said that she’s not sure when is the last time she used it. my Nephew already tried reaching out to T-Mobile support but he said that they can not find any records of it aside from the one he is using right now which is an iPhone.
