Llamadas internacionales

CHANGE T MOBILE ! My wife and I went to Greece last year and I couldn't make it receive any calls even while having the "international pass" . We are now in the Bahamas and again we cannot make it receive calls. Attached are the pictures of proof that this is an issue and they will still charge you every penny . Horrible customer service. If you have a job that requires having access to your phone at all times T Mobile IS NOT FOR YOU . Trust me !

  • One thing to double check is if international calling is blocked. You might not think of it but disabling stateside international calling also disables the ability to make roaming calls. Also, check the setting for charged roaming.

I can't remember what service i used in Greece back around,2018, but i never did calling, only slow data roaming, and it worked fine

  • I always consider that so many things have to work just right for international roaming to work, that it's nothing short of a miracle when it works at all. It happened to be once in SIngapore, when an undersea earthquake cut cables. This is why I always recommend that travelers give good consideration to having a backup plan.

Thanks for replying . So what is the solution for all of your customers with businesses that requires access of their service 24 / 7 ? Would it be safe to say knowing that this has happened a couple times within 4 months that T Mobile isn't the company we should rely on ?
My wife has Verizon and her phone is working fine . Also , when it's time to pay our 175.00 monthly bill does corporate take in consideration that this is happening and we weren't able to use our phones ?

Sorry I can't answer that as I am not a Tmobile employee. Just so you know, this is a Tmobile customer peer-to-peer online community. If you want an answer from Tmobile, you have to contact them through the normal channels.

Not sure what was the cause of your problem last year in Greece but as of today there is still an international roaming outage for ATT, Tmobile, and Verizon. All three use the same 3rd party for international roaming - Syniverse. Unfortunately, Syniverse has not given an ETA on resolution.
