Roaming on or off for International travel with ONE plan
I have the ONE plan and am traveling Internationally, which gives me data and text unlimited. the T-Mobile website says “You may need to turn on or turn off Data Roaming on your device.”
Question 1: Under what conditions would I need to turn ON Roaming?
Question 2: Under what conditions would I need to turn OFF Roaming?
Question 3: What IS roaming?

Roaming is when your carrier is not available, so your device "roams", looking for another carrier to use. Right now, there is NO international roaming for US customers due to a massive outage.
