I bought my cell phone on the internet and it came with a SIM lock and in my country there are no T-Mobile stores and I don't speak fluent English, what can I do to unlock it

  • send it back to whomever you ordered it from. if they advertised it as a fully unlocked device then you can argue that it is NOT unlocked..if you purchased it with them saying it was a TMO phone then it might be a bit hard to argue that one since it was advertised as such.

There's not much Tmobile can do for you since you're not a customer. If it's an Android you can Google search for a 3rd party unlock service if it an iPhone it's much harder.

  • 2 years ago I bought my Motorola phone at a T-Mobile store. Couple of months later I switched to prepaid and repaid the phone in full. T-Mobile has not unlocked the device even after calling customer service twice. What to do? Can't find any place to put a complaint
