Can't log in to Digits voicemail

I cannot log in into Digits with my T-Mobile ID.  I can log in to T-Mobile but not Digits.  I used to.  Does it have anything to do with my being in Canada instead of the USA?

    Being in Canada should not affect using Digits.  I sometimes load up Digits on my grandparents PC when I am up visiting them in Canada without issue.
