Home alarm ADT
I have an ADT home alarm system. I just left Spectrum for T-Mobile 5G home internet, and now they say I cannot connect it to the alarm system! Am I just out of luck, or does T-Mobile provide home security systems? What is my alternative?
Did they say why it won’t work.
It's possible it requires a 2.4 GHz wifi network. A lot of IOT things like light bulbs have that requirement.
Determine why it won’t work then we can go from there.
If you need a 2.4 GHz network, you can set that up in the T Life app.
