I got my Chamberlain Internet Gateway accessory (old 2014 CIGBU model) working with my Chamberlain HD930EV garage door system in the myQ Android mobile app v5.262 again! 8/2024
After doing a factory reset, I plugged it into my T-Mobile 5G cellular modem/router (Arcadyan KVD21, firmware v1.00.23) and it was recognized, and I followed the steps in the myQ app to set it up. It was not recognized by my new AT&T Humax BGW320-500 fiberoptic modem/router earlier. It was working fine for years with Asus routers in a cablemodem system.
