Wanting to return ~7-10 year old CellSpot, fastest way to get return label?

I just got the e-mail a couple of weeks ago saying that the warehouse accepted my returned CellSpot TM-AC1900. Getting the return label was like pulling teeth. Eventually, TForce (on X/Twitter) sent me a return label with a RMA number of all ones (e.g. 111111111) which concerned me but it worked. My understanding is that the problem is that the TM-Ac1900 doesn't list it's SKU (# 610214693976) anywhere, without which the S/N is of no use to the return system. The important thing is if it is still shown on your account profile. If it is, you are on the hook for that ancient piece of junk.
