Can I downgrade my plan if phone is not fully paid yet?
I have magenta max plan for 4 lines and want to swtich to something cheaper, but my current device has 2 more cycles to be paid off.
Can I switch to a lower plan without any penalty?
You need to look into the terms of the EIP. If it's a normal EIP where you didn't agree to any additional terms you should be able to switch.
