Where's the airline wifi promised?

I just completed my 6th trans-Atlantic flight this year, and on NONE of them was I able to get wifi according to the confusing, inaccurate 'instructions' I've received from 611 and the web.  All were...

Your airplane must use Gogo internet service for this benefit. Also only the following airlines are included:

  • Alaska Airlines
  • American Airlines
  • Delta Airlines
  • United Airlines

 I haven’t flown internationally, but every Alaska Airline flight I’ve taken in the US works fine.
