Protección de dispositivos
The device protection for my phones is on my two free lines that are currently unused. Shouldn't they the device protection and payment for the new phones be on the same lines currently being used? If I use those 2 free lines won't the device protection be on the wrong devices?
If I understand device protection correctly it's on the phone with the Sim that has the feature which is why if you need to make a claim you need to make it while the Sim is in the phone. If you move the Sim to a new phone the device protection will move to that phone.
