200 Virtual Prepaid Card not received.

Same experience happened to me, I signed up in September and had to call 3x. The first time I reached out I was told I needed to wait for approval. A few days later I see my status changed to approved, called again and was told it can take up to 8 weeks to receive the rebate after approval. I wait 8 weeks, nada, call a third time and she sends me the card in my email by the end of the phone call. Interesting.

I've tried several times since then to use the card and it won't work- it declines in person at the store, it says invalid online, etc etc. I called 4 times and spoke to someone who assured me they would escalate it and it would be sorted within an hour. Nope, still happening. I finally talked to someone today who offered to send it via check in the mail and I opted for that so, hopefully that $200 actually arrives.
