HORRIFIC WAITING AND RUN AROUND
I have decided this company does not train customer service reps online on the phone or at the store. I just waisted two hours with the run around trying to open a business account since last Thursday. CS rep on phone told me to go into store. I get to store and they said to call 611. I wait 53 minutes after waiting 15 minutes on hold to be transfer to be told I need to go back to store. Then I call the store with CS ON PHONE. They inform them they are supposed to assist me. The "manager says he needs to run a business credit check at the store. I hang up because at this point I'm just done!
