Scammed by T-mobile, now what?

Just got scammed by T-Mobile for exactly same issue. Was coerced by a T-Mobile representative to port number from Verizon and get $830 off on iPhone 15pro. I asked again before activating the line whether the offer is valid, and the representative confirmed and said he can see the offer applied. Then when I called a week later, another representative told me that my plan is not even eligible and started forcing me to upgrade my plan or pay the full price of the device. Still no respite, and have now been defrauded by T-Mobile to fraudulently move my line over from Verizon.
Never seen such a terrible fraudulent service. Is there a lawyer I can get in touch with, clearly this forum reflects how they are taking advantage of innocent customers and causing them financial loss and mental harassment. Let me know if anyone has a lawyer, or else I will try to find one.
