Edgar in the Westfield Wheaton Plaza (Wheaton MD) was phenomenal !!!

I had an excellent experience with a T-Mo rep last week … Edgar in the Westfield Wheaton Plaza store in Silver Spring MD was simply terrific.  I had a complicated account problem which he resolved with skill and finesse.  He knew who to call and how to present the issue - he knew what systems to use - he didn't make me feel bad for having messed up my account…! ;-)  This is the sort of service that really earns customer loyalty - I hope T-Mo sees this and can reward him in some tangible way - thanks Edgar!
