Prepaid E-Sim not working

I've been using a prepaid E-Sim since March. I had to renew a few weeks ago, and everything was fine until yesterday. For some reason, I can't connect. Not sure why. I have no idea how much data I've used but doubt that I used it all already, as the last prepaid lasted me 5 months. I can't get any insight at all as to why it won't connect.

    Hey there! Have you tried using the Autoservicio y códigos cortos from our Support site to check the balance for data? There's a code for data specifically and there's one to check your service cycle too. 

    After checking the balances to make sure your data bucket isn't empty, you can try a few simple troubleshooting steps. Restarting the phone is always a good start.

    I'd you are roaming for an extended period of time.  Your service can be cancelled.  Usually, a warning text is sent before that happens though.
