How can I treat the event?
I received a personalized offer with a special discount for over 55s.
The T Mobile branch told me it was for new customers only.
What is this:
-fraude
- lack of staff training
-mistake (I am a T mobile customer and the offer is addressed to me)
- employee misconduct
- the mediocrity of the company
One of them is valid.
