why is business customer service so horrible?

The worse customer service EVER especially for business customers.  After almost 10 yrs of business service thru my EIN  I was contacted about internet service for my business.  I went in the store got approved for service at my address.  Had an autopsy set for the next day didn't want to get charged twice so I agreed to return the next day. The next day bill paid now all the sudden address not available 🤔🤔🚩🚩they tell me the business department will contact me and set it up after being passed around for several days to 3 different associates over a period of time I was told pay another bill and then we will send the same modem i could have just gotten out the store over a week ago or from every representative that said they were overnighting the modem just a bunch of lies an run around over the last few years. Still waiting on an IPad I was was supposed to receive in a promotion 2yrs ago. Never received.  Will ogle and Keri T are 2 of the nincompoops I had the misfortune of dealing with. For a week she acted like she was the Senior Rep in my area until I got fed up with her lies of sending the Modem/router overnight then said she was to busy so she sent me to Will now when I contact her today after her continued lies she says " I can't help you it's not in my area..... which she could have said when I called her from in the store . Problem would have been resolved last week
