Home Internet promo not honoring 6 mo Apple TV with Essentials plan.

I have had an Essentials Plan for a while and recently added Home Internet Service with the Bundle promotion.  Planes de Internet 5G residencial ilimitados | Internet 5G residencial de T-Mobile

The promotion below clearly states that Essentials plan with Home Internet includes 6 months of free Apple TV+ On Us.  The agent who signed me up even sent a text message to claim the 6 month subscription.  The redemption code in the text was not recognized by Apple TV site.  When I called TMobile support to get a valid code, they are now saying that the Essentials plan does not qualify for the 6 month Apple promotion and that they cannot generate a valid code for me.

The web page clearly says it is included, but support says there is nothing they can provide.

What are my next steps?
