Charge cord
Just got my phone today, the charge cord is the same plug at both ends. I know I'm technology challenged but shouldn't one end be different than the other? The cord won't plug into the cube, both end...

It might help if you say what phone you have, and whether the "cube" was supplied with the phone. Pics can also help.
