i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone
I can't open SyncUp kids app in my phone. I try to restarted my phone or re installation the app. It still same.
It kip show up All items score app failing

Same issue here. Core API failure even with full update. Will TMobile refund if this whole thing has bricked?

The T life app does allow you to do all the things I think the Sync up kids app does however it does NOT allow you to connect to a new watch so unfortunately I have only 1 of 2 watches set up right now.

I just figured out that I can see my daughter's watch and my additional syncup trackers in the T-Life App. It looks like it gives me the same options and controls as the syncup kids app, but I have only noticed this a couple of minutes ago and rushed here to tell everyone. So I'm not sure of the capabilities yet, but I found that I can at least see where my daughter is at while at camp, which is one if the primary reasons we got this.

Guess I'm going to add my name to the list. Had issues for a week but no time to deal with it till this morning at 4am. Checked and saw there was an update, updated and still had issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Checked permissions and made sure connection was good. Still have issue. That's when I googled and found this thread. Hey T-Mobile please fix! Thanks!!
