i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone
I can't open SyncUp kids app in my phone. I try to restarted my phone or re installation the app. It still same.
It kip show up All items score app failing

I'm having the same all items core api failing issue also. Sucks so bad. I've had the watch for a total of two days! The app worked for one day (a little slow), and now it doesn't work at all.

SyncUP Kids app update: Today, SAT 6/8/24 I attempted to logged in and it went smoothly.
idk what happened last week, all I was getting was the error message ( All items core api failing ) - I didn't get any communication from T-Mobile about this issue, I just tried my luck again.

Went into the tmobile store and app started working. All I could was laugh and it has been working since this past Sunday. We are still thinking we may go with just an Apple watch since it seems to be able to do the same as this watch.

I cannot add my husband as a guardian as the synckids app is not working. And they told me the app will take a week. And call them back by June 10th. This is ridiculous. I got this watch so we can connect with our child. But this is not working for sure.

I am on the phone with a customer representative. I reinstalled the app multiple times. I did it on three phone to see if it was just my device or on all devices. The error was same "All Items core API falling". The first customer representative told me there was no reported issues. As I was came up this site and realized others are having the same issue. I just brought this watch a week ago. They told me do the following steps
setting-apps-syncUPKIDS-storage-clear cache-clear data-restart phone-open app-get started-log in.
Unfortunately, I got the same message.
They told me to restarted the watch-close app-reopen app-same message again-
These are the step which helped. Apparently, this is the way to go now
-Life-Connect-log in-I could see the sycnkids number- it was able to get access to my kids watch. Hope this helps.

I am just curious if anyone has figured out a fix for this. We have a week left before we can return the device for a full refund and switch to an Apple watch for my kid.
I am using an Android S23 and my wife has an iPhone. She has no issues with phone but mine will not work.

Yeah. Literally just got this tonight. Setup my kids watch and it did this api error junk. Makes me wonder if I made a mistake. I got 2, one for each kid. Should I upgrade to an apple watch instead or something?
