SynchUp watch calls not working
My daughter's watch will not make or receive calls. Has anyone else experienced this. It can send/receive texts, but calls fail or when I call her the watch does nothing. Defeats the purpose of even having it. Will be returning of this isn't remedied.

I just bought one for my son and he can call/text the other 4 contacts in his contact list but he can't message or call me (the admin)… I don't get it. When he calls me it says my number is no longer in service and when I call the watch it gives a busy signal but everyone else is fine. I'm so lost and getting angry.
