SYNCUP Kids watch

I bought a watch for my daughter and it works great and I'm able to track and video chat with her. However, I would like her dad to be able to do the same. Unfortunately he is with Verizon. I cannot seem to be able to make that connection for them. Is he not able to have the same access as I do?
