wrong price
When I was getting the T-mobile plan, You told me,- I would have unlimited phone call and unlimited text messaging. And the price would be only $40 for me as a low income pensioner. You charged me $55. Why??? I am very disappointed!
There is more than likely a fee for the in-store service. If not that, the cost of your SIM card potentially. Customer Care by calling 611 should be able to explain why your bill is a little higher and what youromthly cost should be. $5 of that might be from not having autopay setup with a debit card as well.
