5g home internet and gaming RSRP/SNIR Help

I have noticed when there are users in urban areas where the population density is higher there seem to be more users that do experience what sounds like bandwidth throttling. It would not surprise me if there are some content filters that identify the types of traffic for users and throttle bandwidth heavy traffic. I don't game that much and the things I do play are not intensive for bandwidth usage.
