Battery shows 'recharging' at 78% but stays there
Hi! I noticed overnight (2AM) that my network connections had failed; I'd see the wifi icon on my phone with a little "!" next to the wifi logo instead of the usual '6'. I went to reboot the router...
If the battery is 2 years old it may have reached a point where it will not fully charge. I suggest you look at the battery and make sure there is no sign of swelling or distortion. If the battery does have any distortion I would remove it and get it out of the house. The gateway will work fine without it. I do not trust old batteries as they can be a fire hazard. You can contact support and get T-Mobile's official statement.
Mine is now at 80% but seems to be okay so far. It is in service since January 2021.
