My home gateway never works it consistently from day one shows inconsistencies and is becoming a headache to deal with, I don't know what to do anymore My internet and wifi on my phone works better �...
1)You might have a bad gateway, call CS and see if they can see anything.
2)Ask for a replacement
3)Go back to your old ISP
