Wow @SteveBrown I am blown away by your outstanding review. I am so happy that Jake was able to provide you that level of care and support. I will pass along your kind words and make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.
I need my own call logs and call history for court documents, it took weeks more than 6 weeks , contacting T-Mobile in every possible way via
texting , many phone calls , emails , and etc
but unfortunately despite their costumer service promises and their supervisor promises that every time they gave me a window of 24- 72 hours to send me my call logs , I did never received anything from them . My court deadline is tomorrow and I don't have enough evidence in my hand because of T-Mobiles Neglecting behavior.
They don’t have costumer service at all, they don’t have any policies to protect their costumer rights.
T-Mobile is the worst phone company in US
I will take a legal action . They are responsible and if I lose my court case it's Their fault
