DHCP drops out on my router and my wifi does as well

HEre is my situation. I have turned off the wifi on the Arkadian thru Nater Taters channel on Youtube. I did that in order to use the wifi on my router. Works great. Here is my situation I dont understand. I know THe Ark has no DHCP control and Im fine with that. I just will turn it off in my router (TP-Link AX60). After I turn off the DHCP in routher after a short time my devices act like theyu have lost connection with the router completely.

Question do I need double DHCP for router & Ark ?

Is there a fix to turn off DHCP on the router that will stay?
