DNS provider for Home Internet
It is not reasonable that these settings are locked down. Like many other ISP's, T-Mobile almost certainly sells data (about us) collected from DNS queries. Open these settings and charge me more for the lost revenue from selling my data.
Furthermore, their DNS resolution service is surprisingly bad. We've only had their 5G internet for a few days, and we've already found several websites whose domain names simply will not resolve on their network.
It is not reasonable to essentially force me to use their modem as my firewall. We have a good number of internet connected devices via HomeKit. With our previous router, those devices were automatically segregated from the rest of the network.
Now the only way I can do that is to have double-NAT set up, which causes substantial latency and throughput bottlenecks. Their modem needs a bridge mode.
