DNS server
How can I use my own DNS server while using a Tmobile Home Internet gateway?
Point your own router to it and make sure your devices are looking to that router for their config via DHCP or configure each device individually to point to your router with it set to forward DNS.
Alternatively, could just individually configure each device to point directly to that DNS server.
