Home internet keeps loosing speed
When im downloading high storage programs, like games on steam, the speed will keep droping till the point where it shows no connection on steam but it still shows on my pc im still connected. Wont let me open anything internet related. Itll also do this on my gaming consoles. Will do this both on wifi and through eathernet. To remedybit, i have to turn off the gateway which will either fix it or i have to repeat the process. Does anyone know of a solution to this or is it a hardware problem?
Having the same issue. Started yesterday morning for me.
When I called customer service they wernt all that helpful and more or less told me just to call a store. They were originally not cooperating because my name wasn't on the billing info even though I gave them all the info they needed to prove it was me
