Home Wifi is Terrible daily!!!!
I have only been with Tmobile for 3 months and the home wifi has been absolutely terrible on a daily basis!! And right now it's completely disconnected 2 or 3 times in the last hour right in the middle of watching shows! Buffering is terrible and connections are always spotty. DO BETTER TMOBILE!! We took a chance on you with the new deal you advertised and the network coverage you raved about…but so far you are NOT holding up your end of the bargain.

I've had T-Mobile Home Internet for over a year. Things were OK at first, but for the last several months the speeds range from 80mps to 0.02mps. I have 5 bars on my cell signal on the gateway, so I've got a good connection to the tower, but their network seems always overwhelmed. I've tried to contact customer service, but they are useless. I'm seriously considering going back to Xfinity, which I know will be fast (and twice the price 😖 )

Obviously TMobile isn't willing to resolve this connection issue, thus they don't care about customer satisfaction. Maybe we will get their attention if everyone switches service providers.

The other Xfinity & Verizon customers don’t deal with daily disconnects and most use the same towers - so what is the problem with TMobile?

I do not work for T-Mobile but in the description of service, Your internet is not prioritized like a cellphone. So based on area usage on the towers around you, The service will be slowed.
