Before you do, I would check with here or TMO support to make sure it's compatible with TMO home internet. The routers are not configurable beyond basic wifi settings. TMO promotes Ooma for $9.95 per month so pretty sure Ooma works.

No it will not work, there is no voice service on TMO home internet. It is data only. Yes, it does have a SIM with a phone number but that is only because the data is via cell service which must have a phone number. The RJ45 jacks are only for wired ethernet connections. You have to use a VOIP device like I suggested above.
