Is Home Internet unreliable for everyone?
For the first 6 months T-Mobile home Internet was great. Then, it started having regular outages. I'm now on my 3rd gateway device and still having regular outages. Tech support has recommended move to a 4th, the newer G4 device. If that doesn't work, in looking for a new Internet provider.
I'm in a rural part of NC and have had TMHI for about 2 years. I give it pretty high marks, especially considering the price. There have been a few occasions where the service has dropped out or has been slow, but that has been quite rare. A few months ago, a fiber service became available at my address, but it's about 10 bucks a month more than TMHI. So far, I have no reason to switch. I realize as a cellular service everyone's experience is different, but I would rate my experience as very good.
We got our device a month ago and after initial struggles the first couple days, it worked fairly well. Now the last two days we can't game really at all, they are all glitchy and kick us out. The iPads and things like that work just fine though.
