My new 5G gateway shows excellent connection but internet speeds are slow.

I’m stating the “obvious” here….but if you’re using WiFi to test your speed, and you have a weak signal to the router, or are on a 2.4 Ghz band, you may not be getting very good test speeds independent of the tower.
