NOK5G21 Home Internet Gateway Not Working Properly

I've had the 5G21 for about three weeks now and it's on LTE (3 bars). When I signed up, Tmobile said that 5G will available sometime this year for the gateways. According to their 5G map, 5G is available at my address.
Would be nice if Tmobile participated in the forum to provide at least some info.
