Rate limiting details?

T-Mobile Home Internet is already assigned the lowest data priority as a heavy data user, so the 50GB limit should not apply.

The gateway apparently chooses the cell towers it uses randomly, which can affect performance.  Sometimes a reboot of the gateway might get it to choose different towers that can give better results.
