Home Internet Fixed IP via TTL Setting

Is there a setting in the Home Internet setup so that my external IP is fixed or at least has a 24 hr TTL setting so that a simple reboot of the T-Mobile Home Internet router does not get a new addre...

    I don't believe there is, short of using a VPN.  But I believe if you have a TM Business account, they offer static IPs.
