new voice mail and it's asking me to setup voicemail
- Hace 5 meses
I was VERY nervous about this because in this day and age I trust no one, LOL. I took the plunge and went through setting it up. I used my old pin and it let me proceed; I was able to go through it without entering any new info by pressing the # key. Everything is the same and I was able to get into my voicemails after that. It's definitely an annoyance but it's safe guys. They also give you the option to get into your voicemails without entering a pin like before. Hope this helps. BevyT
I've been having issues with voicemail and cell phone operation in general for quite a few months. I've been on the phone with T-Mobile and went to my local T-Mob store. They were more help that calling ever was but i'm still having issues. Calls go right to voicemail and my phone never rings. People think my phone is off but it's not. They added a physical SIM, turned off the eSIM reset the phone and now voivemail is non-existant and I now have to set it up all over again and I want to use the default message and no pin to access my messages….can't do. So, my solution will be buying a new phone (when this one is paid off) and finding a new service provider due to the fact that T-Mob service has gotten worse instead of better and that goes for their help when calling! My phone is a Samsung 23+, I don't know if the issues are with the phone or the service or a combonation of both. I can't put up with it any longer! Oh, and had a price increase to boot.
