There is a way you can monitor your connection if you have some computer skills.

There is a cheap little computer called a raspberry pi It is a credit card sized computer that runs a version of Linux. Jeff Geerling created a software package that monitors your connection and runs Speedtest periodically. The data is dumped into a database. A web page on the Pi let's you see how the connection is doing over time. Jeff was using this with Starlink but it works here.
On my gateway things look great in the middle of the night and not good at all during the day
