T-Mobile App (Manage Devices)
I can scroll thru my gateway to see the total number of devices I have connected but when I use the T-Mobile Internet App I "always" get "Gateway error code:500". When I reboot my phone, gateway or reboot both I still get the same error. I have had T-Mobile for about 3 months and only been able to see the connected devices via the app only once or twice. Any suggestions? It would be nice to be able to manage my devices with the app. I have two phones. Both are Motorola G (android version 11.0). Same error on both phones. My gateway is the FAST 5688W. HELP!

@BChat I have not experienced your situation, but I am familiar with a 500 error, which means the the device trying to reach the server is having difficulty - the server is not serving up content.

You said that you "rebooted" your gateway. Have you tried to reset it? Use a paperclip and press the reset button on the bottom. Take a look at page 13 on the following: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/public-files/attachments/hint-gateway/Sagemcom%205G%20Gateway%20User%20Guide_English.pdf
If the reset does not work, then I would take it back to your local T-Mobile store and ask for an exchange unit. I have the FAST 5688W and it has worked great.

Thanks for your comments. I tried what you suggested. It did not work but again, thanks for the suggestion. For now, I will live with it but if necessary I may request a replacement unit.
