T Mobile Internet and Cell Signal
I am a new customer of T mobile home internet and cell phone service. The internet works great, and the phone service works great independently.
However when I'm connected to the wifi I will lose my cell signal and cannot get SMS text messages or calls. The wifi works fine on any other device except mine and my wife's iphone 13.
This behavior does not happen on other wifi networks ONLY the tmobile wifi modem
I've recently started to experience the same problem. And I feel just as you. Each service if more than satisfactory on its own. Combined? Not so much.
l Also recently started to experience the same problem .. no texts on WIFI.
