Unreliable Home Gateway
Like many other customers I am quite disappointed with the performance of the home gateway. When it works, it works great. But at least two or three times a week the speed gets throttled and I can only get 8 or 9 Mbps.
Not what I was promised and certainly not better than my Verizon Mifi.
Buyer beware.
Sounds like you need a new gateway. Yours may be defective. Mine has been rock solid, but I've read that others have had defective ones…
