I'm also experiencing this issue. Good thought re: DNS, but I've tried changing my laptop to quad9s and am still having the issue. It doesn't happen when I go to a friend's house (who has Comcast, yuk), and it still happens to me even when I'm connected directly to the t-mobile gateway (instead of to my home router), so I'm also pretty confident that this is a T-Mobile issue.
