youtubetv local stations

New user trying to hook two TV's up to the t-Mobile Internet router.  I live in the Youngstown, OH local area but I get connected to the "Cleveland" location and therefore get local Cleveland stations.  Becomes an issue for news and weather   Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thx
