Horrible company. Do not help customers. All for their benefits.

I was trying to upgrade my phone for this S24 Ultra.  In the biggening there was a promotion trade in the phone for $1000 with a plan upgrade. or keep the plan for $500.  I was told they will honor the $500 but they will get back to me.  I had to call them back since they never reach out to me.  Apparently, the promotion is over.  I was  extremely upset with T-Mobile.  This is the second issue I had with T-Mobile, their system was compromised and my Identity was stolen.  It's been a nightmare with this phone carrier.
