need shipping label

A few days after being unable to print label, I get a UPS package from Tmobile which contained a padded shipping box and shipping label.

If you show the email to UPS or FedEx they can print it out for you.

When I go to T-mobile site and click link to print shipping label I get this.

as my first time trade in with tmo, this got me worried. It says I need to send in my old phone using the prepaid label within 30 days, but never be able to print it. Is there a direct line i can call or any method to get Tmo's attention to address this incident?
